Authorizations Objects in Role Creation

Postby danyacca » Wed Oct 26, 2011 12:55 am

In role creation, when I add a new t-code, how I understand if an authorizations object can be deleted or I must to fix it? kind of activity for an authorizations object depends always from the kind of transaction codes (ex. actvt-> visualization for me23n /generate and modified for me21n/ modified for me22n)? Thanks in advance

Unfortunately there is no rule of thumb here. Trying, testing, reworking, testing etc. etc. will build your experience. The proposed values in PFCG (from SU24) can help you but are often incomplete for various reasons. You are encouraged to improve those on your system as it reduces role maintenance workload.
