how to disable the post function for FB50, FB60 and F-05

Postby mksap » Thu Jun 16, 2011 3:37 am

I would appreciate if anyone could tell me how to disable the post function for FB50, FB60 and F-05? Because I would only allow users to park the document but not post it.

And we would appreciate if you had created a new topic for your question in the right forum instead of highjacking another unrelated one, as per the forum rules (please read them before doubling your post count).

You can simply remove activity 01, and just keep 77

Henrik is correct. F_BKPF_BUK 77 allows park, 01 allows both park and post. I just tested this for my client yesterday. But I was also asked if they could keep the person who posted from parking? Is that even possible?

However, if I removed activity 01, I can't login to these t-codes. You will give the error message no authorization. So, how to solve this problem?

And I'm very happy to be working with TKC. A tremendous talent pool ;-)

Not sure if it would work, but can you remove the CM check for F_BKPF_BUK for the transaction to allow you to enter the transaction without activity 01? I can't test it here...
