Delete User Account

Hi,
A user (user1) is having an issue running a transaction. If we copy his/her account (user1) to another name (user2), he/she has no issue. We tried to deleted and recreated the account user1, but user1 is having same problem. But again, copy of user1 with any name works. Is name or address being maintained somewhere? or Is there any way delete a user account completely? Transactions are random, it happens with a custom transaction or a regular tcode.

would you care to describe what exactly it is that you name 'issue'? A global behavior?

I've occasionally had an issue when users have an abend with specific transactions - deleting/re-creating account never resolved problem new user id was pragmatic approach. This has happened 4/5 times, first noticed in 40B
