(Yet) another SAP resource

Postby darkduck » Mon Dec 03, 2012 10:33 am

I know the general public in GD forum likes to give proper advices to other people.
There was a nice example recently...

However, I risk to ask you to check yet another SAP-related resource...

And who is the guy rear the SAP Expert mask? I must admint I like the site... it's clear and easy to read... and the cover of the e-book has a blonde (better books have chicks on their covers)... more than that, I will not invest my time reading them (the book nor the site)

I am guessing from the original post that it is Mr Duck. Not sure that an online fee based service is going to work, not while there are a plethora of free Q&A forums out there but good luck with it.

I wish you good courage because courage will lead you to be a star and afraid will lead you to death. Be well and patient.

I have met Mr Darkduck and he is a respected and knowledgeable contributor in the FI Forum.

i agree with Vic. it is clear and concise and looks professional without the need for gimmicks.

I second Baz, although I have some thoughts along Sean's line. Not sure, this fee-based thing is gonna work. But what the heck, just try it, you'll know soon enough!

As long as your advice is as solid as you show here in the FI section, it's a win-win situation.

Also, I get the feeling, I'm not getting out of this Davey issue anytime soon. There's no comparison to what darkduck is trying to do. He's offering his services online for a fee - like thousands of other counsellors, so what?

Davey's approach was, to have anybody/everybody give some shitty advice and be paid for it when it's blogged. Meh. Altogether another kettle of fish. And yes, it still galls me that somewhere in 2005 I send him my complete documentation on how to setup auths via "ppome" and now I find bits of it have obviously made some money for others. It's not being revised, not being edited ... etc. etc.

*leave me to my grumping, allright?

I'd buy the book because of the hot blond on the cover, but I've already seen her on youporn, and that's free

Interestingly he specifically mention Fish here:

http://www.sapexpert.co.uk/you-need-our-help

About halfway down he asks: "How much is the Fish?"

Coincidence? I think not!
