Just ask her which of the three dresses she would be most likely to wear. You can even nominate another so we each have two.

Then let Fish pick.

Now she'll probably say "I wouldn't be caught in any dress". But that has to be ruled out from the get go. Going naked isn't an option. Cause we know most of the guys would vote for that to start with. But I've always liked my presents wrapped as unwrapping them can be almost as much fun as the present itself.

But since we would ask Fish to pick, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't choose to go naked in public.

I'm not sure whether Fish would allow it to go any lower. We've already had to deal with a Pubic Issue (See below).
