Service Level Reporting on R/3

I was wondering if anyone reports on the most used txns in their R/3 4.6c systems and what sort of levels they expect. We currently have a 93% of txns in under 2 seconds for all txns. Is this a reasonable figure? Do people report on the main txns - CIC0, VA01 etc and what response times would they expect? We are quite bespoke to say the least....
