Variant Transaction Problem

I am trying to create a variant transaction for my t-code PC00_M27_CALC_SUMU. I have created the transaction variant and screen variant using the t-code shd0. However, I cannot locate the transaction variant when create the new t-code using se93. Can anyone tell what I have missed? Thanks!
