Export to AccessWe have been exporting out of SAP R3 using the "Spreadsheet" or "Excel in place" function in the Toolbars.
You should have this at a minimum. We have been using linked spreadsheets in Access to create reports and Queries. If you build the Access db to conform to your data extracts you can either cut and past to append the spreadsheets or import the data into Access as tables (remember this could overwrite any existing data in your existing table). Hope this helps. We have only been at R3 for 90 days.

Try the TablePro product from WinShuttle.

Ad-Hoc Queries to AccessHi,
StreamServe can support a SAP/MSExcel or SAP/Access interface quite easily. Regards, Iggy
