Teklogix and document number range

Hi, I am looking to see if anyone else has had an issue with using the TekRF solution and document number size. The TekRF system has been working well but we recently had to change our GR material document number range from using 8 of the 10 allowed digits to using all 10 digits( no two leading zeros anymore ). The TekRF system didn't like this and couldn't do GR anymore. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Thanks in advance.

I used TEKRF in different project, and we used 10 digits number ranges without any problems.
You should check the transaction development in TekRF, most of the times, the problems comes from the Tek development.

Thanks. The TekRF project manager says that the 8 digit number range was agreed upon during testing yet it isn't defined in the data definition for the project. I wasn't involved in the design of the project but I doubt that is the case since our SAP consultant knows that number is 10 digits.
