sended idoc reference for aleaud ?

Postby lipflip » Fri Aug 23, 2013 5:06 pm

I've created a sap program in C# for sending and receiving IDOCs,

when I send an Idoc (acc_document03), and later receiving the feedbacks (aleaud01),
how can I know which aleaud idoc is about that sended acc_document idoc (if their are multiple acc_documents)

... so what is the reference ?

Is it the idocnum ? but when I send an acc_document, it's without an idocnum...

Hi,
I am not SAP expert, but I think you have to do the folowing: because IDOC is asyncronous technology, you need ti write a server part, which could receive ALEAUD IDOC. Then,
1)using bd54 - create LS in SAP,
2)sm59 - register RFC destination (test connection to ensure you did everithing correctly),
3)we21 - create port,
4)we20 - create partner profile (add ALEAUD to outbound document list for the LS),
5)bd64 - create distribution scheme (add aleaud to this scheme).

In your С# program you have to fill all fields to identify sender and receiver. You also have to pass unique DOCNUM.

Hope this would help.
