Problem with Invoic02.

Hi,
I am using IDOC Invoic02 for posting FI Vendor invoices. Since i need to to some validation , i am creating Z funnction module and once validation are over i am calling standard FM 'IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI' for Posting FI Vendor invoices.
As SAP triggers any idoc it calls the FM EDI_DOCUMENT_OPEN_FOR_PROCESS. Here in the 'IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI' this function(EDI_DOCUMENT_OPEN_FOR_PROCESS ) is called again.Hence it triggers a error message 'EDI: IDoc <document no> is already open in process mode' with status 64.
Can u pls suggest any suitable solution for the above problem.

I hope that since 2004 the problem is resolved, but for information I had exactly the same problem and the solution was in the tcode BD51 (Table TBD51) where, for my Z Function module, the customizing was not exactly the same than for the standard function module.

Indeed, in my case, the field TBD51-INPUT_TYPE was set to "1" instead of "2" and the flag DIALOG_ON was not set.

Now it works perfeclty
