Trouble with SOAManager

hi gurus,

I was using WSADMIN and WSCONFIG until SP14 was implemented in my client. Since that moment I was not able to release the webservices that I've created for several months.

Now the transaction that I need is SOAMANAGER but i don't know if now i need something else for my enviroment server like ABAP + Java.

Please do anyone suffered something similar like these?
