IS-R Site creation with site profile

Postby milanf » Wed May 12, 2010 11:08 am

Hello all,

When creating sites with transaction WB01, a site profile has to be selected. In SAP there are several available. The most common are
0100 Distribution center
0110 Store w/o intercomp. billing ==> accountgroup 0110
0120 Store with intercomp. billing ==> accountgroup 0120
0130 Store with external billing ==> accountgroup 0130

When checking the settings for these site profiles, specifically the account groups which are assigned, I can't find any difference which should explain the difference between the accountgroups 0110, 0120 and 0130.

So, it doesn't matter to choose site profile 0110, 0120 or 0130 when creating a new site (not a DC of course)? But what does make the difference to use a site as an 'external billing' site?

I'm really interested how the distinction is made between a store which is created with site profile 0120 and a store which is created with site profile 0130.

Can anyome give some explanation? Your reply is highly appreciated.

Kind Regards
milanf
