IS OIL AND GAS

Dear Friends,
I am new in IS OIL. I am trying to learn about IS Oil. Can any body help in following?
01. My back ground is MM and Logistics therefore please let me know which course I shall do first?
02. What is the latest version of IS Oil?
03. What is the difference between standard MM and MM functionality in IS Oil?
