Shipping Only on Sunday

I have the folowing business case: For some product , I am only shipping on SUnday and my Transpotartion lead time is 21 days. I would like to model this in APO but can't find a solution.(My shipping calendar has to be on 5 days because I shipped others products regularly). My transportation calendar can't be one day because of my LOng lead time

Any thought? Transportation ressource could be an option but no sure
