PPM to PDS --> Activity duration not copied correctly

Postby Guest1973 » Fri Nov 16, 2007 4:44 pm

Hello All,

I created a PDS for a product location. The variable activity duration in PDS is not calculated correctly. It is populating with 3600 seconds which is the time required to produce the base quantity specified in the operation of the recipe. The PPM calculates this value correctly. It is calculated as (base quantity from the recipe header) / (base qty from the operation) * 3600 seconds.

For example, if
The base qty on recipe header = 1000
The base quantity on the operation of the recipe = 1500

PPM is calculation the duration as 1000/1500 * 3600 = 2400 Seconds
PDS is just displaying 3600 seconds.

We are on SCM 5.0

Can anyone please help?

Thanks
