No Extraction structure active

Hi Guys,
I have problem in LO extraction.
The error is " No extraction structuture active "


I am working in 3.0B.I need to activate the extract structure 2lis_13_vdhdr.LBWE transaction the structure is active.When i am going to setup fill table in SBIW i faced the problem.

Have you activated 2lis_13_vditm also? The setup table is filled with data for both these datasources.

Yes.Activated 2LIS_13_VDHDR AND 2LIS_13_VDITM.
