LO delta extraction

Hi All.

With LO Cockpit , we extract delta data from R/3.
but, some problems has occurred due to V3 serialization.
Data sequence was not accurate !!

in SAPNET,
I found some related notes about V3 collective run.(384211 etc..)

But, for some reason we can't import up to suggested
minimum level. (in 46B BASIS SP 24)

our system component version.
R/3 46B BASIS SP 16.
PI 2001.2 SP 6.
BW 30B SP6

Isn't there any method to solve the problem ??
Any help would be appreciated.
