Extracting from a DB with many entries in one field

Hi

I have an issue where i need to do an extraction from a database that has more than one entry in some of the fields.

There is about 60 fields in the database but some of the fields , for example location, can have 12 locations in like UK, NO, USA, IT.

There is about 13 of these fields and so the mutiplication of lines could be enormous.

Anyone have any tips on how i can extract this to bw with one line one location or of course any other possible solutions.
