Bex Query Output shows ERR as Unit of Measure for all KFs

Postby anyananda » Sun Mar 25, 2012 10:16 pm

Hello All,

I have a query here that shows a formula key figure(ZFORM) unit of measure as ERR.
This formula Key figure (Say ZFORM) is based o a regular KF (ZREG) and a calulated KF(ZCALC) i.e ZFORM = ZCALC minus ZREG
ZCALC KF is inturn based on a calculation of 3 regular key figures (say ZA,ZB and ZC coming from a cube ).
I have checked infoobject properties for all three ZA,ZB and ZC and they show the standard base UOM is linked
in all three. I also checked the population logic for the 3 base key figures (ZA,ZB,ZC) and did not find
any place where the UOm would be populating as blank. However, although these are 3 separate key figures,
I see only 1 Base UOM info object in the cube. Shouldnt each key figure have its own Unit of Measure?

I offered the hide the units by using NODIM but client does not want that. Any pointers to help me resolve
this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
annie
