authorisations to check if queries are published

hi,

my problem is the following : we would like to implement an authorisation control to prevent people from modifying queries which are published or inside workbooks which are published. We found that we can control authorisation to allow or not the ability to pulish but when we modify queries we dont find any control on the status of the querys to check if they are already published or inside workbooks which are published.
