Business Content Variables NOT visible in Bex

Hi,

Can somebody help me with this? First time it happens to me.

I activate Business Content time characteristic variables and they don't display in Bex for use.

Can this be caused because the cube was created and activated previously? I don't want to create new variables, just use standard ones for 0FISCPER3.

I activated them, but they don't show in Bex under variables for 0FISCPER3.

You need to customize in bw (spro) :
sap netweaver -> business intelligence ->general BI settings->maintain fiscal year variant
there you check the fiscal year periods you want to see.
