URGENT Production: Delete Compress package request

Postby Guest » Fri Nov 01, 2002 12:20 pm

Hello,

I compressed my data in an infocube and now find out that I need to delete a package request, so I can load new data. Is it possible to delete the request if a compression has been done. Help!!!

Thanks You

Sorry,

but that is the idea behind a compress, to get rid of the single requests !!
Therefore schedule the compress only for old requests in the cube
where you be sure that you don't have to touch them anymore.

 :D

Hi you can make a selective deletion at manage infocube screen. Go to contents and there you can find any filter that contains the data you want to delete.

Luck.

Hi!

The only thing you can try is selective deletion, that's it. If possible try send an update via a delta queue, but for a good suggestion everyone willing to help you would need detailed informaiton. about the structures you use.
