Hello,
we have (= our customers have :wink: ) problems with the performance of CIC. It is almost impossible to use it and let the customer wait on the phone.
Are there any known tricks & hints about improving the performance using customizing, indexes, base settings, turn off useless logs, etc.? :?:
I don't think we have a chance to change hardware configuration (neither server nor frontend PCs...).

Looking forward to your ideas .

Our call center complained three months ago that CIC is too slow ... we checked the performance via EarlyWatch Alert reports ... we then checked the telephony system and found some improvements ... we also applied some OSS Notes ...

Hello,

We've reduced the number of information that we look for.
We look only for contacts, and show on the screen only contacts linked to the countries selected for this user of call center.

It's not perfect but it's usable.

Are you talking about filling the "contact history" tab in CIC locator?

A known performance problem with CIC0 is that memory is not released when the 'end contact' button is pushed. This has been addressed in SAP Note 512249
