CRM: Sales Order - Pricing Procedure Determination problem

Postby Inacio » Mon Nov 11, 2002 2:44 am

Hey Guys

Am on CRM 3.0 - standalone.
IPC not yet installed.

Maintained:
Product, BP Master, Org Unit, DC, Div maintained.
Std. Pricing Procdure 0CRM1 being used.
Document, Customer Pricing Procedure = 1, A (Std).

On Creating a Sales Order:
1 Header Overview Tab:
Pricing Procedure Field: is grayed out. 0CRM1 is not automatically
assigned. Why ???????????? :?: :?: :?:
therefore,
Condition Tab: is blank Why ?

Also,
2 Error Message: No connection could be made to IPC

To create a Sales Order and execute Pricing Technique, Billing features,
Is it absolutely COMPULSORY to install IPC and maintain Product Variants and Pricing-Condition Records
or
CRM 3.0 installation and Product/Pricing Maintainence in CRM standalone server is sufficient to take care of Pricing & Billing.

Pls lemme know ...

ciao

Hi,
Yes you must have the IPC. There is no pricing done in the crm system in 3.0.
