Can anyone of you help me with more details of VCT and BDT?
Where could I find some documents/Writeup for this?
I'm using SAP CRM Version 3.OA.

I need these tools for customizing and configuring CRM Online screens.

I didn't know they release the VCT. as of 3.1 they were saying it was to be in a future release, it supposed to be this nice drag and drop tool. You mention you are using 3.0A....hmmm. Might want to check OSS notes. Also....u can use the BDT to create screens layouts...but it is hard to answer a question with limited info.
