Excel upload working in GUI but failing in transaction launc

I have a upload program uploading excel file, the program works well in GUI but fails in UI transaction launcher. The program opens well in UI and i get the file from my C drive but fails when I execute with no error message. Your reply will be highly appreciated.

The program fails when executing the code: CREATE OBJECT H_EXCEL 'Excel.Application'.
