CRM Billing: Gross Price in pricing instead of Net

Postby JuergenL » Wed Sep 07, 2011 1:22 am

Hello

CRM 7.0 / SP06 / CRM Billing / TTE

We are facing a problem with our requirements in China: Our subsidiary wants to enter gross prices instead of net prices. Currently our pricing in template looks like this:
Entered by user / condition Net Price ZC03 100 CNY
Calculated by TTE Tax MWST 17%
Calculated Gross Price 117 CNY

Revenue account mapping is done based on condition ZC03 - which is the net value. Basically the requirement in China should look like this:
Statistical calculated value Net Price 100 CNY
Calculated by TTE Tax MWST 17%
Entered by user / condition Gross Price ZC03 117 CNY

The issue we now have is that condition ZC03 would be the gross price and therefore the revenue account mapped in BIlling integration would be posted with the gross value instead of the net value.

There would be several approaches:
- Recalculate net conditions (based on manually entered or condition based gross prices) ==> very complex as additional conditions are necessary
- Transfer gross price to ERP (possible to change revenue account to "including tax"?)
- BAdI Implementation ==> recalculate value of ZC03 before transfer (complex to implement in BAdI?)

Did someone implement / have a similar requirement with CRM Billing.

Thanks in advance Juergen
