Restrict Transaction

Hello All

Please guide me on this

1) How to de we restrict Transactions to only certain geographic segment?
2) How do we restrict employees authorizations in creating transactions?
3) How do we restirct BPs only for few transactions?

A good place to start is to look at the IMG and Marketplace documentation for ACR 0 Access Control Engine
Had to move from the UK to Prague to find an English speaking project
