SMQ1 - CPIC & SYSFAIL Errors (Reporcess In MASS)

Dear All -

We have a large number of failures (20,000) on CRM (SMQ1) with data being transferred to R3. The failures are CPIC & SYSFAIL Errors.

We know why this failed, due to R3 going down, The R3 servers are back up. However how can I "MASS Resend these failures from SMQ1 (CRM) >> R3".

I know how to manually reset the status / unlock & reactivate individual queues, which I have just done for a few queue items and they've processed fine. However we've never had this many failures, so I gather there must be a MASS Method (program) for re-transferring/activating these items in SMQ1 (CRM) so they are sent to R3.

I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could drop me a note, and provide a step by step explanation on how to reprocess these failures "En-MASS".
