SAP CRM 2007 (7.0) - CRM billing in India

Postby JuergenL » Wed Mar 17, 2010 3:17 am

Hi there,

currently we're using SAP CRM 2007 with SAPKU60002 in combination with ERP 2005. An upgrade to SAP CRM 7.0 is planned in May / June 2010. We're using CRM billing for all processes (Sales, Service, Complaints...)

Now we want to implement SAP CRM in India and we are not really sure whether CRM billing is fully supported or not? CRM-LOC-IN only shows 10 SAP notes in OSS regarding localisation issues.

Many thanks in advance

Hi Rajesh Sir,
am facing a Problem with credit management..

Actually if an service order is created in CRM in ECC credit management open sales should increase and noting with Receivables for an customer. am i right?

If confirmation is created neither open sales nor receivables change am i right?

if invoice is created receivables will increase and open sales should decrease am i right
but this is not happening in our system....however we fixed this issue successfully but we struck up with one issue..

the issue is....
while invoicing receivables is updating with net value and tax amount also...

strictly speaking net value only needs to update in credit management of an customer in ECC while invoicing from CRM.

so
we need to stop updating tax value .

could you suggest me a programing unit which updates receivables part while updating credit management from CRM to ECC while invoicing...

Thanks and Regards
