Stop and start Sap MS EXCHANGE GROUPWARE SERVIVE

Postby osulliavne » Tue Mar 16, 2010 2:42 am

Hi Guys,

Is it possible that some could help me with groupware install...

I’ve installed the application pointed towards my test server and all installs ok
Now I have two issues
1. if I run the test batch
March 15, 2010 01:28:41 PM ..._COR\src\c++\ConnectorSvc\Main.cpp:89 :0d80 WARNING: Running in 'console' mode.
15/Mar/2010:13:28:41 -0000 FATAL - - - - - "ERR:1008 Internal error occurred. Another instance of Groupware Connector is running."
Source: ConnectorSvc\Main.cpp:184

And
2. If I start the service manually
Could not start the SAP MS Exchange Groupware Connector 2.1 Service on Local Computer
Error 1053: the service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Windows 2003 - 64bit.

Guys I can now get this working when using my own domain server - but not when using an external mail server
I don’t know if this is a red herring but I also get Collaboration dada objects when trying to connect to the mail of the external server - 2007

So what I have
Exchange 2003 - on win server 2003 small business
Gwconnector on a win64 server 2003

Sap - CRM system on a win64 2007 box

Works no problems...

When I change the settings to point to
Exchange 2007 box
I get the above errors
1053 - When trying to start the service - nothing changed as in permissions
And I get a
CDO - MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

I have seen a few links that says permissions to the windows directory and also one for the registry to have a value

Any ideas would be gratefully received

worked
