Hi guys. I'm out of my depth here - straying from HR to the dark side.
My client has an issue with their ALE transfer of the HR Org Structure (from the HR box) to the structure in the CRM box. It is (apparently) randomly not updating certain details, eg a position change won't come through when others do.
I could pretend I've offered solutions, but I haven't, other than suggest a whoe Org Structure re-import using PFAL - but I don't even know how to use it.
Can anyone give me any assistance on what else I should be looking at to troubleshoot random missing data in the ALE process?
