Just wanted to check whether anyone had enhanced/modified the IC Account overview view for CRM 5.2?. There is a note (1095799) with instruction for adding missing transaction types, but if you want to add something like a Cases history there seems to be nothing mentioned anywhere across the whole internet, which is difficult to believe, but true.
I suspect this is going to require some serious bespoke work to get working and that was the reason for asking if anyone had performed anything similar as it's always easier to learn from someone elses mistakes/experience.
