Has anyone interfaced with Documentum from CRM 2007?

We are having minor problems with the interface between CRM 2007 and Documentum. When a service ticket is created/updated we can generate a link/archive to Documentum, and this worked fine. However, when a change is made within Documentum a link/guid is sent via WS from Documentum to CRM and it is this link which we are having trouble with when we attempt to update the Service ticket. I believe the link is being made but when we then attempt to link through to Documentum from the Service Ticket the link is invalid.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?.

Problem solved. According to our Documentum guy the problem was in the Documentum system and not CRM. All should now work okay once the change in Documentum is made. I have no idea what this change is, but if it fixes the problem then I'm happy.
