CRM 7.0 and Web UI (error 404)

Hi

I am trying to create a POC in a ramp-up version of crm 7.0

We have enables suggested services and created and assigned a business role to the user

i get an error telling me that the service can not be found and web page provides little info apart from Error 404

Any suggestions?
