How can I read/get the interaction record details (particularly Partner details) as displayed in the IC?.
Is there a function module/class/method that I can use?.

Problem resolved. We had the early number assignment switched on so it displays the IR record number before we actually save (END). I was therefore look for the details in CRMD_ORDER when they had not yet been saved. Doh!
