Zebra Barcode Printer - Null handling script in ZPL

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help me write a script in Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) to help with null handling. I have set up variables on a label which pull in attribute values from the available tokens. When the attribute value is null, the label is automatically inserting 'N/V' onto the label.

I would prefer for the variable to appear as a blank field on the label when the attribute value is null in the system. Does anyone know if this is this possible? Is there a ZPL script I can use to display nothing on the label for a null value rather than an 'N/V'?

Thank you.

Whilst this is probably in the wrong forum, and I will probably be castigated for giving you a sensible answer in the GD, why not change any variable that has null values to space before you print the label ?

Rich, you are banned from the GD forum until your next visit here.

LIMSadmin77, there is a board for printing outputs (SAPScript, Smartforms and so).

Hobbes, stop eating my sandwitches, I told you they are not tuna sandwitches.

How are you printing this label? I can't think of a SAP case that would fit your post - especially considering the null values.

Doh!

And I missed the opportunity Vic.

Sandwitches are Women that cast spells with Sand in Brysons favourite place so I doubt that you would want to eat them any way.

Sandwiches are two bits of bread slapped around some sort of filling. (Crisps and Mayo is a good one).
