Suppressing 0 decimals / formatting option <32> ?

Postby Bebop » Fri Jul 29, 2011 4:27 am

Hi gang,

has anybody come across this formatting option ?

Appearantly it suppresses decimals if they are all 0. Example "5.000 PC" turns into "5 PC", but "1.234 KG" will remain "1.234 KG".
However, I can't seem to find that anywhere documented.

Now, I'm supposed to add this functionality in an existing smart form where an invoice displays billing items with different units.
So, I copied exactly the string
Code: Select all
&gs_item-fkimg(<C)& <32>
into my form but it still displays "5.000 PC".

I've debugged this all the way down to
Code: Select all
SSFCOMP_CONVERT_ITF_TO_TOKEN
. The token table looks just the same in both cases with an entry
SC 1 1 32

So, does anybody know why this is or if there is any other way how to do it ? Except to do some real ugly coding ...

Thanks a lot
Frank
