Print Thai characters without SAPWIN device

Hi

Has anyone managed to acheive printing documents in the Thai langage using font THANGSAN on a specific device type other than using the sapwin THSAPWIN device type?
We have only Dell printers in the company at the moment but are willing to diversify to hp or whatever IF we can get printing working for the Thai offices without sapwin.
Is it SAP's policy that we use the sapwin device or can anyone point me in the right direction.

As far as I know you must use device THSAPWIN or THSAPWINU in order to print Thai.
