You might want to check out FM RFC_READ_TABLE

*   no_data = SPACE             " sonv-flag     If <> SPACE, only FIELDS is filled
  TABLES
    options =                   " rfc_db_opt    Selection entries, "WHERE clauses" (in)
    fields =                    " rfc_db_fld    Names (in) and structure (out) of fields read
    data =                      " tab512        Data read (out)
  EXCEPTIONS
    TABLE_NOT_AVAILABLE = 1     "               QUERY_TABLE not active in Dictionary
    TABLE_WITHOUT_DATA = 2      "               QUERY_TABLE is name of structure
    OPTION_NOT_VALID = 3        "               Selection entries (e.g. syntax) incorrect
    FIELD_NOT_VALID = 4         "               Field to be read not in table
    NOT_AUTHORIZED = 5          "               User not authorized to access QUERY_TABLE
    DATA_BUFFER_EXCEEDED = 6    "               Selected fields do not fit into structure DATA
    .  "  RFC_READ_TABLE

you might want to do a google search on the FM. there are tons of sample codes available for this.

Also, an F1 on the CALL FUNCTION command will lead to the DESTINATION addition.

there is any way to bypass login page when you try to use a RFC connection? because when I use this function I must enter id & password. I read about a transaction that could do that (SM58) but I don´t understand how to use it. Thanks

You can "bypass" the login by using a user-id in the settings in SM59 of a user that is defined as a tcp-user in the system to which you would like to sign in.

Hi,

There some standard transactions to do this:
- You can use transaction SCMP to compare SAP tables across clients and SAP systems
- There is another transaction to do this: UCCC0: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/he ... ontent.htm
- The Customizing Cross-System Viewer can be used too: SCU0

Best regards,
Michael
