How to Detect lock on Inbound delivery! [RESOLVED]

Postby DrSidewalk » Tue May 28, 2013 8:58 am

Does anyone know which FM/Bapi could be used to detect a lock on an IBD?.

I've just started to look at how VL32N does it, but that's not as easy as it might seem, timewise.
I wondered if it just performs an Enqueue on a particular table.

Looks like we just use the normal process....

Code: Select all
DATA: d_vbeln LIKE likp-vbeln.        "For storing vbeln
CLEAR d_vbeln.
   d_vbeln = it_vbrp-vgbel.
*---locking delivery document
   CALL FUNCTION 'ENQUEUE_EVVBLKE'
     EXPORTING
       mode_likp      = c_e
       mandt          = sy-mandt
       vbeln          = d_vbeln
     EXCEPTIONS
       foreign_lock   = 1
       system_failure = 2
       OTHERS         = 3.
CLEAR d_vbeln.
   d_vbeln = it_vbrp-vgbel.
*---fun mod to unlock delivery doc
   CALL FUNCTION 'DEQUEUE_EVVBLKE'
     EXPORTING
       mode_likp = c_e
       mandt     = sy-mandt
       vbeln     = d_vbeln.
