WE20 - Automatic Partner Creation

Post by Gladiator » Mon Jan 17, 2011 9:26 am

Hi,

Is there anyway to create Partner Profiles in WE20 through LSMW or a BAPI or an IDoc etc.,? There would be a couple of thousand records and we want to automate this. I had a look at T Codes BD82, WE24, and WE27 but I don't think they're the right ones. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Gladiator.

Thousands of partners?

What in heaven for?

Please introduce us to your scenario ...

BTW: BD82 is for ALE-scenarios, not for 'normal' partner relations.

:-)

Our Client is in 'retail' business where it has orders coming in from thousands of customers. So, we need to configure all those Partners in WE20. Does this sound odd??

Actually, yes.

Do you have a Seeburger going there?

Achtually, you don't need all those partners for incoming orders. There's some SD tables where you define the customers etc. - sorry, am at home, cannot look up the transactions now - but usually you maintain those tables (could it be VOFM???) and distribute all of them via one partner definition, hence Seeburger.
