How to see log of users who view PA30 data

Hi,

I want to know if it is possible to see the users who view PA30 data.For exanple,if somebody is viewing personnel data of employees,I want to see the user who is viewing it and also want to see whose personnel data has been viewed.
I'm not talking about the change log here,just the read log.Please provide an answer.

In an exit in PA30 (is PA30 a tcode?) you write pernr and sy-uname (I think that's the right variable) to a user table. I'd probably include a date time stamp.

Did you here about authorization ???

If you give a user authorization so he can do what he wants...

If you don't want him to see some information, you should delete the authorization in his profile....

Sometimes, it's not that simple. Sometimes your users can have a proper business need but then decide to have a non-business vendetta. LOL BTDT

Ok But the system will log it...

Where is the vendetta if someone display some data that have the authorization to display ???
