how to use AT -User command statement.

like on clicking on the field KUNNR in the basic list,a button will appear say "DISPLAY" on clicking that button the secondary list should come up.

a small example with codes wil help. :o

This is a forum for answering technical ABAP questions...

It is not for training issues...

Take a look at the help for AT LINE-SELECTION, AT USER-COMMAND and AT PFn...

This will give you examples...

Of course, you could go on an ABAP course where this will be explained...
