Deleted from SM37

Postby Bill1976 » Sat Dec 22, 2012 8:19 am

Hi All,

We have a consultant on site. While monitoring the actions of the consultant I noticed some jobs that canceled in error. When I went back 15 minutes after I helped clear up the error I noticed the canceled jobs are gone. My question is, is there a way to see the information that was deleted from SM37? I have to wonder what else is being hidden.

Could your security team set up the consultant's userid so that he/she does not
have the ability to delete failed jobs in SM37?

I think that the best way to proceed may be to monitor his jobs. If any fail, take
screen captures with the name, date/time, etc...

A bit later, when you do not see the jobs, bring this to the attention
of whomever needs to know.
