Sybase and Afaria Basis gotcha's to look out for.

My client has rolled out Sybase and Afaria on Window 2008/MSSQL 2005 64 bt systems.

The boxes are sized and we are currently in the process of taking the systems into support.

From an Applications perspective (having worked on MI) the support is generally far in excess of Basis, but are there any questions/gotcha's that I should be asking before taking agreeing to take the system into support?
