Oracle logminer?

Postby pela2 » Sun Oct 20, 2002 2:29 pm

Hello,

Anyone with any experience with Oracle program logminer :?: We are in the process to search for deleted data in 200 offline redo logs (20 MB each) so any one with tips & tricks regarding this issue are greatly accepted. We are on NT 4 and Oracle 8.1.7.

Yes I have seen this website and I used the instructions there to install the logminer, but I need something more. Anyone with first hand experience how to use the program in a "real" scenario.
How long time will it take to 'scan' 4GB redo logs and search
for a deletion in a table YY by user XX of value QQ. :?:
