Route OSS notes to Solution Manager

Route OSS notes to Solution Manager

A third party vendor that SAP routes OSS (SAP Marketplace) tickets too, the vendor would get these tickets in Solution Manager. Would they be using service desk to recieve these tickets? In solution Manager would they be using the ABAP or J2EE stack?

Have a request to set this up and not sure what components of Solution Manager would be used.

Hi,

SAP Service Desk can organize, route, etc.. SAP messages. Thus, they would
likely use it. When I worked with it a couple of years ago, it was ABAP stack.
(At least the part that we used). When I traced through the code for some
issues,, it mainly was mainly CRM tables.

Maybe it has Java components now (Or had them before, but we did not
use).
