Dear all

I have a situation which is my user already doing leave actions in PA40 for 1 employee, and he realize he done something wrong. The employee still in the office and having re organizational assignment not leaving.

I suggest my user to doing re-entry company for that employee, but we have a problem if we're doing re-enty company the validation entry date for that employee is starting from the data when the user doing re entry company, in fact the validation entry date shold start as the first time my user input data in SAP ( before proses leaving ).

Other suggestioon is we're doing hiring with new employee number. but I dont feel enough confidence to suggest that.

Is there any other sollution for that ? please confirm me soon!!

I DIDNT GET UR PROBLEM. HAVE U WRONGLY CREATED THE LEAVE ACTION FOR THAT EMPLOYEE.?NOW U WANT THAT EMPLOYEE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE ORGANISATION ..?WHAT..?
IF BY MISTAKE U HAVE CREATED LEAVE EVENT FOR THAT EMPLOYEE U CAN CREATE A RE-ENTRY INTO THE COMPANY ACTION.

simply delete the action and correct the enddate in the infotypes that were changed by the action...
